  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [OSSEO LEVY.] 
  1.7      Independent school district No. 279, Osseo, may levy a tax 
  1.8   in an amount not to exceed $500,000.  The proceeds of this levy 
  1.9   must be used to provide instructional services for at-risk 
  1.10  children.
