BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$100,000 in fiscal year 2012 is appropriated from the general fund to the
commissioner of agriculture to provide a grant for a feasibility study, site identification,
and site acquisition for a proposed biomass plant in Lake of the Woods County.
