A bill for an act
relating to transportation; highways; directing commissioner of transportation to
construct a noise barrier on a segment of marked Trunk Highway 100 in Edina;
appropriating money.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin The commissioner of transportation
shall construct a noise barrier on the west side of marked Trunk Highway 100 between
Vernon Avenue and Minnehaha Creek in the city of Edina. Construction must be
completed by September 30, 2015.

the commissioner of transportation for construction of the noise barrier described in
subdivision 1.
