  1.2                          A bill for an act 
  1.3             relating to drivers' licenses; including certain 
  1.4             crimes against children as disqualifying offenses for 
  1.5             purposes of school bus endorsements on drivers' 
  1.6             licenses; amending Minnesota Statutes 2000, section 
  1.7             171.3215, subdivision 1.

  1.19     That the Senate recede from its amendment and that H.F. No. 
  1.20  57 be further amended as follows: 
  1.21     Page 2, line 8, before the period, insert ", and applies to 
  1.22  offenses committed before, on, or after that date" 
  2.1      We request adoption of this report and repassage of the 
  2.2   bill.
