relating to public safety; appropriating money for a grant to the Hmong American
Mediation Center.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$250,000 in fiscal year 2025 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of public safety for a grant to the Hmong American Mediation Center to provide mediation
and restorative justice services.
