maintenance of the Metropolitan Regional Parks System.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $4,050,000 in fiscal year 2010 and $4,050,000 in fiscal year 2011 are appropriated
from the general fund to the Metropolitan Council for operation and maintenance of the
metropolitan area regional parks in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, section 473.351.
