relating to capital investment; appropriating money for the Robert Street Corridor
reconstruction; authorizing the sale and issuance of state bonds.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; WEST ST. PAUL; ROBERT STREET CORRIDOR.

new text begin $520,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of transportation for a grant to the city of West St. Paul to retire debt incurred by the city
for capital expenditures related to the acquisition, equipping, and installation of equipment,
such as street lights, necessary for the reconstruction of marked Trunk Highway 952A
(Robert Street). This appropriation does not require a local match.
