relating to human services; appropriating money for a grant to CornerHouse.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; CORNERHOUSE.

new text begin $1,125,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of human services for a grant to CornerHouse children's advocacy center. Grant money
must be used to establish a child maltreatment prevention program serving rural, urban, and
suburban communities across the state and to expand response services in Hennepin and
Anoka Counties for children who have experienced maltreatment.
