relating to capital investment; appropriating money for planning and design of a
grade-separated interchange at Trunk Highway 36 and Trunk Highway 120.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin TRUNK HIGHWAY 36 AND TRUNK HIGHWAY 120.

new text begin $2,000,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of transportation for planning and design of a grade-separated interchange at the intersection
of Trunk Highway 36 and Trunk Highway 120. This appropriation is onetime and is available
until the project is completed or abandoned, subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
