A bill for an act
 relating to agriculture; modifying Rural Finance Authority reporting requirements;
amending Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 41B.18, subdivision 6.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 41B.18, subdivision 6, is amended to read:


Subd. 6.

Report.

The authority shall submit deleted text begin a biennial report ofdeleted text end new text begin quarterly reports that
includenew text end its activities, projected activities, receipts, and expenditures deleted text begin for the next bienniumdeleted text end ,new text begin
and an estimate of when funding for the authority's bond-funded loan programs is projected
to be exhausted,new text end to the governor and the deleted text begin legislature on or before January 15 in each
odd-numbered yeardeleted text end new text begin legislative committees and divisions with jurisdiction over agriculture
and capital investmentnew text end . The new text begin final quarterly new text end report new text begin each year new text end must include the distribution
of money under each authority program by countydeleted text begin . In addition, the report must includedeleted text end new text begin andnew text end
the cost to the authority of the issuance of deleted text begin itsdeleted text end bonds for each issue deleted text begin in the bienniumdeleted text end new text begin that yearnew text end .
