BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin BOYS AND GIRLS CLUBS OF THE TWIN CITIES; APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $20,000 in fiscal year 2019 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of employment and economic development for a grant to the Boys and Girls Clubs of the
Twin Cities for programming targeted at native youth living in and around the Little Earth
housing complex. This is a onetime appropriation.

Sec. 2. new text begin AMERICAN INDIAN OPPORTUNITIES INDUSTRIALIZATION CENTER;
APPROPRIATION.

of employment and economic development for a grant to the American Indian Opportunities
Industrialization Center for programming targeted at native youth living in and around the
