relating to arts and cultural heritage; appropriating money for a new heritage center
in Fosston.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; FOSSTON HERITAGE CENTER.

new text begin $300,000 in fiscal year 2019 is appropriated from the arts and cultural heritage fund to
the Minnesota Historical Society for a grant to the East Polk Heritage Center to construct
a new heritage center in the city of Fosston to display historical artifacts and provide event
space to celebrate the history and culture of Minnesota.
