BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin CITY OF ANOKA; GREENS OF ANOKA TIF DISTRICT.

new text begin Notwithstanding the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, section 469.175, subdivision 4,
paragraph (f), the city of Anoka may enlarge the geographic area of the Greens of Anoka
tax increment financing district for a period of up to eight years following the date of
certification of the original net tax capacity by the county auditor.

local approval under Minnesota Statutes, section 645.023, subdivision 1, paragraph (a).
