BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin FUND TRANSFER; IVANHOE SCHOOL DISTRICT.

new text begin Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 123B.79, 123B.80, or 124D.20, subdivision
10, on June 30, 2018, Independent School District No. 403, Ivanhoe, may permanently
transfer any amounts from its community education reserve fund balance and its school
readiness reserve account to its undesignated general fund.
