 relating to agriculture; transferring money from the general fund to the good food
access account.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin TRANSFER; GOOD FOOD ACCESS ACCOUNT.

new text begin The commissioner of management and budget shall transfer $2,500,000 in fiscal year
2020 and $2,500,000 in fiscal year 2021 from the general fund to the good food access
account created under Minnesota Statutes, section 17.1017, subdivision 3. This transfer
shall be added to the base for the program.
