A bill for an act
relating to local government; providing that a city charter does not restrict the
ability of a city to issue a liquor license; amending Minnesota Statutes 2016, section
410.121.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 410.121, is amended to read:
