A bill for an act
relating to transportation; appropriating money to construct an additional lane on
marked Interstate Highway 94 between Clearwater and Monticello.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin MARKED INTERSTATE HIGHWAY 94 ADDITIONAL LANE;
APPROPRIATION.

$20,000,000 in fiscal year 2020 is appropriated from the trunk highway fund to the
commissioner of transportation to construct an additional general purpose lane of travel in
each direction on marked Interstate Highway 94 between Clearwater and Monticello. This
is a onetime appropriation.
