BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin LAKE MILLE LACS WALLEYE HARVEST MANAGEMENT PLAN;
LEGISLATIVE APPROVAL REQUIRED.

by the commissioner of natural resources in conjunction with the Mille Lacs Band of
Chippewa must be approved by the legislature before the plan may be implemented.
