BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; COUNCIL ON MINNESOTANS OF AFRICAN
HERITAGE.

new text begin $88,000 in fiscal year 2019 is appropriated from the general fund to the Council on
Minnesotans of African Heritage to carry out the duties of the council. This appropriation
is added to the base appropriation for 2019.
