A bill for an act
relating to legislative enactments; correcting miscellaneous oversights;
inconsistencies; ambiguities; unintended results; and technical errors; amending
Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 626.556, subdivision 3c, as amended; 2006
H.F. No. 785, article 1, section 4, if enacted; 2006 H.F. No. 2959, section 23,
subdivision 4, if enacted.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 626.556, subdivision 3c, is
amended to read:

committees of the legislature recommending the most efficient and effective allocation
of agency responsibility for assessing or investigating reports of maltreatment and must
specifically address allegations of maltreatment that currently are not the responsibility
of a designated agency.

Sec. 2.

[CORR06-02] 2006 H.F. No. 785, article 1, section 4, the effective date,
if enacted, is amended to read:

Sec. 3.

[CORR06-03] 2006 H.F. No. 2959, section 23, subdivision 4, if enacted,
is amended to read:

County and local preservation
grants

To be allocated to county and local
jurisdictions as matching money for historic
preservation projects of a capital nature,
as provided in Minnesota Statutes, section

public entities and must match state funds on
at least an equal basis. The facilities must be
publicly owned.

$100,000 is for a grant to the city of
Maplewood to complete restoration of
the Bruentrup Farm in Maplewood. This

commissioner of finance has determined that
at least an equal amount has been committed
from nonstate sources.
