A bill for an act
relating to state government; appropriating money in the data security account;
amending Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 3.9741, subdivision 5.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 3.9741, subdivision 5, is amended to read:

section 168.327, subdivision 6, including producing findings and opinions;

(1); and

recommendations to the commissioner.
