Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 97C.376, subdivision 4.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 97C.376, subdivision 4, is amended to read:


Subd. 4.

Nighttime structure and campground setback requirements.

A person shall
not discharge an arrownew text begin or use artificial lightsnew text end while bow fishing within deleted text begin 150deleted text end new text begin 200new text end feet of an
occupied structure or within 300 feet of a campsite from sunset to sunrise.
