A bill for an act
relating to transportation; providing loan forgiveness for certain railroad bridge
work.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

PROJECT.

Notwithstanding requirements of the loan to Minnesota Commercial Railway for
repairs to the bridge over Como Avenue in St. Paul, the commissioner of transportation
shall forgo receipt of repayment of $300,000 of the loan.
