A bill for an act
relating to capital investment; appropriating money for planning activities related
to improvements to the Xcel Energy Center and the Roy Wilkins Auditorium in
the city of St. Paul.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $2,000,000 in fiscal year 2025 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of employment and economic development for a grant to the city of St. Paul for planning
activities necessary for the predesign and design of updates and improvements to the Xcel
Energy Center and the Roy Wilkins Auditorium.
