relating to natural resources; appropriating money for fish passage project on Pine
River.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$450,000 in fiscal year 2018 is appropriated from the ....... fund to the Board of Water
and Soil Resources for a grant to the Crow Wing Soil and Water Conservation District for
a project for fish passage on the Pine River. This is a onetime appropriation and is available
until June 30, 2020.
