BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; COMMISSIONER OF PUBLIC SAFETY.

$150,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of public safety
to be distributed to Victim Intervention Program, Inc. The appropriation is available
for the biennium ending June 30, 2007.
