 relating to environment; modifying application of storm water rules; amending
Laws 2019, First Special Session chapter 4, article 3, section 109.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 2019, First Special Session chapter 4, article 3, section 109, is amended
to read:


Sec. 109. APPLYING STORM WATER RULES TO new text begin CITIES AND new text end TOWNSHIPS.

Until the Pollution Control Agency amends rules for storm water, Minnesota Rules, part
7090.1010, subpart 1, item B, subitem (1), applies only to the portions of a citydeleted text begin , a town,
and unorganized areas of countiesdeleted text end new text begin or townshipnew text end that are designated as urbanized under Code
of Federal Regulations, title 40, section 122.26 deleted text begin (2)(9)(i)(A)deleted text end new text begin (a)(9)(i)(A)new text end , and other platted
