relating to human services; requiring long-term care insurance to cover licensed
adult foster care; adjusting a provider payment rate.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Coverage under a long-term care insurance policy may include payment for adult
foster care licensed under Minnesota Statutes, chapter 245A.

Sec. 2. new text begin ADULT FOSTER CARE SERVICE RATE.

Payment for adult foster care service shall be at the same payment rate as assisted
living services under Minnesota Statutes, section 256B.0915, subdivision 3e.
