A bill for an act
relating to transportation; prohibiting the commissioner of transportation from
closing an intersection in the city of Virginia.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin The commissioner of transportation is prohibited from closing or limiting access to
and from the intersection of U.S. Highway 53 with Cuyuna Drive, in order to preserve
access for southbound highway traffic for city residents, travelers, employees, and
individuals working in, constructing, and utilizing future developments on the east side of
U.S. Highway 53.
