A bill for an act
relating to natural resources; appropriating money for transfer to certain
snowmobile and all-terrain vehicle accounts.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $250,000 in fiscal year 2017 is appropriated from the general fund to the
commissioner of natural resources to transfer as follows: $125,000 to the snowmobile
trails and enforcement account in the natural resources fund and $125,000 to the all-terrain
vehicle account in the natural resources fund. This is a onetime appropriation.
