 relating to human services; appropriating money to Chemical Addiction
Recovery Enterprise program.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; CHEMICAL ADDICTION RECOVERY
ENTERPRISE PROGRAM.

new text begin $1,390,000 in fiscal year 2017 is appropriated from the general fund to the
commissioner of human services for a grant to the Chemical Addiction Recovery
Enterprise (C.A.R.E.) program in Brainerd to ready the site of C.A.R.E. and for staff
separation costs associated with transitioning the program to a tribal provider.
