BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$25,000,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of transportation for the small cities assistance program under Minnesota Statutes, section
162.145. This is a onetime appropriation.
