A bill for an act
 relating to the Public Utilities Commission; relocating the Public Utilities
Commission offices; amending Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 216A.03, by
adding a subdivision.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 216A.03, is amended by adding a subdivision
to read:

new text begin The Public Utilities Commission's offices must be located in Virginia,
Minnesota.

Sec. 2. new text begin PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION OFFICES; RELOCATION.

relocated to Virginia, Minnesota.
