1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 157.15, subdivision 9, is amended to read:
1.7 Subd. 9. Mobile food unit. "Mobile food unit" means a food and beverage service
1.8establishment that is a vehicle mounted unit, either motorized or trailered,operating
1.9no more than 21 days annually at any one place or is operated in conjunction with a
1.10permanent business licensed under this chapter or chapter 28A at the site of the permanent
1.11business by the same individual or company, and readily movable, without disassembling,
1.12for transport to another location.
1.13EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.
