  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to the environment; providing funding for the 
  1.3             relocation of a storm sewer outlet in the city of 
  1.4             Virginia; appropriating money. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [VIRGINIA STORM SEWER PROJECT.] 
  1.7      $225,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2000 from the 
  1.8   general fund to the public facilities authority for a grant to 
  1.9   the city of Virginia for relocation of the Silver lake storm 
  1.10  sewer outlet, construction of sedimentation ponds, and 
  1.11  renovation of the Sauntry creek diversion structure.  This 
  1.12  appropriation must be matched by at least $225,000 in nonstate 
  1.13  money. 
  1.14     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.15     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
