relating to higher education; appropriating money to the Board of Trustees of the
Minnesota State Colleges and Universities to hire a Hmong studies professor at
Metropolitan State University.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

UNIVERSITY.

of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities for purposes of hiring a full-time professor
to teach a course on Hmong culture at Metropolitan State University.
