  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to appropriations; authorizing state bonds; 
  1.3             appropriating money for infrastructure costs of the 
  1.4             Heritage Halls Museum. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [HERITAGE HALLS MUSEUM.] 
  1.7      Subdivision 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] $2,100,000 is appropriated 
  1.8   from the bond proceeds fund to the city of Owatonna to defray 
  1.9   costs of city infrastructure for the Heritage Halls Museum 
  1.10  project. 
  1.11     Subd. 2.  [BOND SALE.] To provide the money appropriated by 
  1.12  this section from the bond proceeds fund, the commissioner of 
  1.13  finance, on request of the governor, shall sell and issue bonds 
  1.14  of the state in an amount up to $2,100,000 in the manner, on the 
  1.15  terms, and with the effect prescribed by Minnesota Statutes, 
  1.16  sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and by the Minnesota Constitution, 
  1.17  article XI, sections 4 to 7. 
  1.18     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.19     Section 1 is effective the day after its final enactment.
