BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin TEMPORARY EXTENSION OF LICENSES, CERTIFICATES, AND
REGISTRATIONS.

new text begin All licenses, certificates, and registrations issued under Minnesota Statutes, chapter
326B, shall be extended for one year beyond their current expiration dates. No additional
fee may be charged for an extended expiration date.

new text begin This section is effective for all licenses, certificates, and
registrations issued after January 1, 2010, and expires one year from the effective date
of the license, certificate, or registration.
