  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to capital improvements; reauthorizing a 
  1.3             canceled bond authorization for a television 
  1.4             transmitter for Fillmore, Houston, and Winona counties.
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [REAUTHORIZATION.] 
  1.7      An amount remaining of $975,000 for appropriations from the 
  1.8   bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of administration for a 
  1.9   grant to independent school district No. 492, Austin to 
  1.10  construct a television transmitter that was authorized in Laws 
  1.11  1996, chapter 463, section 24, subdivision 2, is reauthorized 
  1.12  and does not cancel, notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 
  1.13  16A.642, subdivision 1.
