A bill for an act
 relating to natural resources; providing for designation of an aquatic management
area.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin AQUATIC MANAGEMENT AREA DESIGNATION.

new text begin (a) The commissioner of natural resources shall designate the following permanent
school fund land on Ada Lake in Cass County as an aquatic management area under
Minnesota Statutes, section 86A.05, subdivision 14:

new text begin (1) parcel 32-027-0001, Ponto Lake Township, Cass County; and
 new text end

new text begin (2) parcel 32-022-0001, Ponto Lake Township, Cass County.

new text begin (b) The commissioner shall allow revenue-generating activities on the designated
lands, consistent with sound natural resource conservation and management principles
and Minnesota Statutes, section 127A.31.
