relating to natural resources; appropriating money for all-terrain vehicle trails.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; QUAD CITIES TRAIL.

new text begin $100,000 in fiscal year 2019 is appropriated from the all-terrain vehicle account in the
natural resources fund to the commissioner of natural resources for a grant to the city of
Virginia to develop, in cooperation with the Quad Cities ATV Club, an all-terrain vehicle
trail system in the cities of Virginia, Eveleth, Gilbert, and Mountain Iron and surrounding
areas.
