  1.2             relating to juvenile justice; appropriating money for 
  1.3             a temporary holdover facility in Fairmont county. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [COMMISSIONER OF CORRECTIONS; APPROPRIATION FOR 
  1.6   GRANT TO JUVENILE FACILITY.] 
  1.7      $....... is appropriated to the commissioner of corrections 
  1.8   for a grant under Minnesota Statutes, section 241.0221, to an 
  1.9   eight-day temporary holdover facility for juveniles located in 
  1.10  Fairmont county and primarily serving counties in southern 
  1.11  Minnesota.  This grant shall be used for operating costs.  This 
  1.12  appropriation is available for the fiscal year ending June 30, 
  1.13  2003, and is available until expended.
