  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $379,200 is appropriated to the commissioner of public 
  1.7   safety from the general fund for the fiscal year ending June 30, 
  1.8   1999, to provide reimbursements to hazardous materials teams.
