BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin FUND TRANSFER; TYLER SCHOOL DISTRICT.

new text begin Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 123B.79 or 123B.80, Independent
School District No. 409, Tyler, on June 30, 2006, may permanently transfer up to $451,000
from its reserved for capital operating account to its debt redemption fund.
