  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to appropriations; authorizing state bonds; 
  1.3             appropriating money for the wastewater project for the 
  1.4             town of Fox Lake in Martin county.  
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [FOX LAKE WASTEWATER PROJECT.] 
  1.7      Subdivision 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] $1,455,000 is appropriated 
  1.8   from the bond proceeds fund to the town of Fox Lake to design, 
  1.9   construct, replace, expand, and equip sewers, water mains, lift 
  1.10  stations, and package pumping stations in the town of Fox Lake 
  1.11  in Martin county with connections to nearby systems. 
  1.12     Subd. 2.  [BOND SALE.] To provide the money appropriated by 
  1.13  this section from the bond proceeds fund, the commissioner of 
  1.14  finance, on request of the governor, shall sell and issue bonds 
  1.15  of the state in an amount up to $1,455,000 in the manner, on the 
  1.16  terms, and with the effect prescribed by Minnesota Statutes, 
  1.17  sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and by the Minnesota Constitution, 
  1.18  article XI, sections 4 to 7. 
  1.19     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.20     Section 1 is effective the day after its final enactment.
