A bill for an act
relating to game and fish; requiring certain meetings between the Department
of Natural Resources, the Ojibwe tribes, and the Great Lakes Indian Fish and
Wildlife Commission to be subject to the open meeting law; proposing coding
for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 97A.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

shall be open to the public and subject to the open meeting provisions under chapter 13D.
