A bill for an act
relating to public safety; changing the definition of legend drug; amending
Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 151.01, subdivision 17.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 151.01, subdivision 17, is amended to read:
Subd. 17.
Legend drug.
"Legend drug" means a drug which is required by federal
law to bear the following statement, "new text begin Rx only new text end deleted text begin Caution: Federal law prohibits dispensing
