relating to natural resources; appropriating money for a study by the University
of Minnesota Department of Forest Resources.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$50,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the Board of Regents for the
University of Minnesota Department of Forest Resources to gather data through interviews
and surveys and develop recommendations for an alternative sustainable forestry incentive
payment structure.
