  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [HOUSING FINANCE AGENCY; APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $....... is appropriated in fiscal year 1999 from the 
  1.8   general fund for transfer to the housing development fund for 
  1.9   the housing trust fund account, under Minnesota Statutes, 
  1.10  section 462A.201, for a grant to a Metro State University pilot 
  1.11  project that develops university housing for students 
  1.12  participating in a self-sufficiency program.
