  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to the environment; providing reimbursement 
  1.3             for certain small gasoline retailers for storage tank 
  1.4             removal. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [STORAGE TANK REMOVAL; REIMBURSEMENT.] 
  1.7      Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 115C.09, 
  1.8   subdivision 3f, paragraph (a), a tank owner or operator that, 
  1.9   for less than six months in 1995, owned two locations in the 
  1.10  state, and no locations in any other state, where motor fuel was 
  1.11  dispensed to the public into motor vehicles, watercraft, or 
  1.12  aircraft, and who dispensed motor fuel at that location, is a 
  1.13  small gasoline retailer for purposes of Minnesota Statutes, 
  1.14  section 115C.09, subdivision 3f, paragraph (c), and is eligible 
  1.15  for reimbursement at the first location owned in 1995.
